You won't get a ball buster aroma from these. I tossed an ounce at flameout into a porter I made. Though I used a clean ale yeast, you get some of that fruity English yeast aroma from them. Kind of a fruity, rustic, pear, apple and kind of a "juicy" overripe fruit aroma. It's not bad at all. Not super potent aroma or anything but there's potential. I think it's pretty decent.

Not bad, but I think I will stick with the more mainstream varieties like Cascade, Willamette, Saaz, etc.
