Did my order ship?
We send an e-mail when your order ships with tracking info. Click here to check your order status.
Can I add items to an order I placed?
If your order has not shipped, simply place another order with a note in the comments to combine with your first order. We will refund shipping accordingly on the second order and ship with the first.
How do I cancel an order?
Send an e-mail to sales@ritebrew.com with your order number to request a cancellation. As long as an order has not shipped, it can be cancelled for a full refund.
Are the grains in kits already crushed?
Yes, all extract kits have pre-crushed grains, and come with a grain steeping bag (except partial-mash kits). You can request whole grains in the comments section during checkout if you would like.
When will you have the Wyeast strain I need in stock?
Maintaining fresh inventory of every Wyeast strain is difficult, we try our best. If you plan ahead, Wyeast can be pre-ordered (at a discounted price) using this product: Wyeast Pre-Order
Do you sell wholesale? Offer blind drop shipping?
Sorry, we do not sell wholesale, nor offer pricing better than what is online. Drop-shipping can be done, but we will not remove our branding from the shipment. Please note we do not sell our homebrewing starter kit to resellers.
