Did my order ship?
We send an e-mail when your order ships with tracking info. Click here to check your order status.

How do I cancel an order?
Send an e-mail to sales@ritebrew.com with your order number to request a cancellation. As long as an order has not shipped, it can be cancelled for a full refund.

Kegging Help
Not sure what parts you need to start kegging? Send us an e-mail explaining what you are building, we would be happy to put a parts list together for you. If you already have a full shopping cart of what you think you need, we can view your cart if you have an account created on our site, just let us know the e-mail address on the account.

Are the grains in kits already crushed?
Yes, all extract kits have pre-crushed grains, and come with a grain steeping bag (except partial-mash kits). You can request whole grains in the comments section during checkout if you would like.

When will you have the Wyeast strain I need in stock?
Maintaining fresh inventory of every Wyeast strain is difficult, we try our best. If you plan ahead, Wyeast can be pre-ordered (at a discounted price) using this product: Wyeast Pre-Order

Do you sell wholesale? Offer blind drop shipping?
Sorry, we do not sell wholesale, nor offer pricing better than what is online. Drop-shipping can be done, but we will not remove our branding from the shipment. Please note we do not sell our homebrewing starter kit to resellers.
