A good yeast, one caveat. |

This is a good yeast that makes nice beer. The one caveat with this one is that it requires a starter no matter what the beer gravity is. I used it in a 1.044 pale ale, direct pitch, and had to add another started packet to get it going. This has happened a few times with this yeast, all within a month of manufacture. Not a big deal, but definitely something you want to be aware of.
