Consistent, well-flocculating, well-attenuating and easy-clearing neutral strain. Slightly fruitier than West Coast Ale I (OYL-004) and clean with a lightly perceptible nuttiness, its subtle citrus character finishes slightly tart at the cool end, and more fruit character emerges as fermentation temperatures increase.

  • Flocculation: Medium - Attenuation: 72-76%

  • Approximately 150 billion viable cells per package.
