5 of 5 quite a yeast! Thursday, November 13, 2014
Reviewer: Robert Johannes from Manitowoc, WI United States
Used this yeast to produce a peppery Saison and a smoked, double Saison.  Made a starter, both fermented to dryness quickly and with lots of Saison character.
