Just like the description Neil!  But you should have warned me about that Nottingham yeast, blew my airlock right off!  This will make it on my regular rotation!

Great easy brew. Used some family honey for the last 15 minutes of the boil raised the ABV to 6%!

A good crisp easy drinking ale exactly as described.  It doesn't really improve or degrade with age.  I added a little cascade to my batch to increase the hops aroma to my taste.
