I made a 1L starter and pitched it into a Tripel with an OG of 1.074.
Two weeks later, I'm down to 1.009. Love the flavors I'm tasting so far, and I can't wait for this brew to age up a bit.
I did have a little "accident" where I allowed the temp on day two to get up to 76F, then overcorrected it down to 64F. And yet, the yeasties live and produced something I think will I will have to repeat.
