I tried this in an imperial stout. Even with a ton of roasted and specialty malts, it leaves an indelible mark on the beer with an outstanding ester profile, superb mouthfeel, and creamy finish. Top notch flavor and body. I overlooked this for quite a while due to all sorts of people saying they had problems with it. I didn't. I pitched big and oxygenated with pure O2. No problems.
