5 of 5 Not bad for this price point September 14, 2015
Reviewer: Eddie from Thibodaux, LA United States
Used the stirplate over the weekend and it does the job. Very lightweight and definitely not recommended for anything more than 1-1.5L starters.
it does have a lifetime warranty so that is a plus.

5 of 5 Just what I wanted December 4, 2013
Reviewer: Mike from brazil, IN United States
Bought this after looking at many stir plates. For the price, you can not beat it. No one else has a lifetime warranty that I could find. I do 1.5L starters for my brews and it has never has any issues with them. I would highly recommend this product.

3 of 5 Cheesy October 23, 2013
Reviewer: Rob from Springfield, VA United States
Cheesy for the price, I mean, sorry.  It's a computer fan with magnets attached to 2 blades, inside a cheap plastic case.  It's made to work well enough, I guess, it's just not worth $40.  I'd be surprised if it worked after a 6" drop.  I want to give it less than 3 stars to counteract the only other 2 reviews that are just over the top glowing.

The only reason I don't is because I honestly feel like it will work for this purpose, but for the price I expected a hell of a lot more.  If it fails in the first month of use I'll update this review.

RiteBrew comments: It's 40 bucks, it works perfectly, and it has a lifetime warranty.  If you want to save money, the manufacturer (a homebrewer in Michigan) has detailed build instructions on his site: StirStarters.com

5 of 5 Good Choice December 10, 2012
Reviewer: Paul Chambers from Green Bay, WI United States
Just read and follow the directions and this product works great.  I got a little behind on my brewing schedule and had to let the stir plate run 48 hours and it was still doing just what it was designed to do with no ill effects.
