An IPA made exclusively with Chinook hops. Typically only used as a bittering hop, late additions of Chinook give this IPA a bold flavor, a change of pace from the typical west-coast citrus aroma.

Added an extra 1oz of Chinook for dry hopping, 3 weeks in primary, straight to bottling.  Beer hit its stride in week 4.  Piney, earthy, bitter hops, as expected. Good for the hop lovers!
