I love Belgian brews and this one is truly special.  It has a strong complex yeasty flavor that keeps getting better with age (3 months since bottling now).  I brewed this with a one week primary and three week secondary in the upper 60's.  I bottled with Oxygen absorbing caps planning to age it.  I sampled the first bottle two weeks after bottling and about every week thereafter.  The flavor keeps getting better and it has been a hit with everyone I've served it to.  I'll definitely buy this kit again.
