Great wheat beer for a hot summer day. Uses honey malt rather than real honey, which gives a sweet honey aroma at a much lower cost.

  • Color: 8 SRM
  • IBU: 19 - ABV: 4.3%

I have brewed this beer twice. First time I made it as the brew schedule states and I really enjoyed it. Second time I added 8oz. of blueberries and 2oz. of blueberry extract. I am pleasantly pleased and has only been getting better with time. Great Summer beer.
