Worked great on a Kolsch! |

This yeast worked great on a Kolsch. I fermented at 64f. After reading up on the information put out by the company that makes it, I pitched 2 packets for a 5 gallon batch. Don't really know if one packet would of worked but everything turned out great. Was a good alternative to a liquid kolsch yeast, especially when having liquid yeast shipped to me could of been difficult. I will use it again!
