I've brewed this beer twice now, both times with an extra addition. 20 minute boil means fast brew session. I also added 1/2oz Northern Brewer hops (had them from another beer I make) with the 20 min cascade, which helped bump up the bitterness a tiny bit and adds depth to the beer flavor. I will always make this beer during the summer and always with that 1/2oz of NB hops added. VERY drinkable, and is just a good solid tasty beer that should please even the "bmc" drinkers :)

Brewed this for a bachelor party in an attempt to lure the uneducated masses away from the local watered down, flavorless fare (I'm from St.Louis) and it was a big hit.  Crisp and smooth with citrus hints that make it a perfect beer for the warmer months. You will not regret this one. If it matters to you, I did use the liquid Kolsch yeast. Gotta go and order another round right now.
