I use a pound of rice solids from here in my cream ale along with some corn solids. It is awesome good. Service is outstanding.

What do commercial rice milk producers use to sweeten their "no-sugar added" rice milk. I don't think it's this stuff. The ingredients on Trader Joe's Vanilla Rice Beverage do not list sugar, yet there are 12 grams of sugar per serving. My guess was that they were adding rice syrup but didn't list it separately from the rice in the ingredients. Is there a difference in the sugar content of rice syrup and rice syrup solids?
