5 of 5 Made cider and perry with this July 26, 2024
Reviewer: Matty Minski from Milton, MA United States
8.5g in a 5-gallon batch of 70-brix apple concentrate mixed to ~21 brix, the same with a batch of 70-brix pear concentrate, both got the requisite fermaid-o and pectic enzxyme.  In a steady 65º-70º both finished in just under 14 days sharp, fruity, and crystal clear. SG was 1.084, FG was 1.002, 10.99% AVB.  Yes, those are the readings I got from my always calibrated beforehand hydrometer (you'd think the paper inside would be attached somehow, but no, so always check it.)

2 of 5 Sensitive/low attenuating January 28, 2024
Reviewer: Christopher Gifford-Miears from Duluth, MN United States
No fault of RiteBrew, but this yeast resulted in a ~68% attenuation compared to Safale-05’s ~77% (split batch, same wort, aeration, and fermentation). First attempt use, so potentially a one off result, but keep in mind if targeting a low teens final gravity when thinking of using this yeast.
