Did my order ship?
We send an e-mail when your order ships with tracking info.

How do I add products to an order I already placed?

We cannot add products to an order since we do not keep credit card information on file.
You will have to place a new order with all the items you wish to buy, then send an e-mail to requesting cancellation of your first order.

How do I cancel an order?
Send an e-mail to with your order number to request a cancellation. As long as an order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled for a full refund.
