5 of 5 Love acid malt Tuesday, June 6, 2017

It is so easy to use acid malt milled right into the grain mix for mashing. No messing about with liquid acid. Use a mash water calculator to determine exactly how much acid malt is needed in your grain bill to achieve desired mash pH.
