A lower gravity version of a Saison, traditionally brewed for farm workers during harvest season. Wyeast 3711 will bring the FG of this beer well below 1.010, giving it a dry finish.

  • OG: 1.038
  • Color: 4 SRM
  • IBU: 24 - ABV: 4.3%
  • Makes 5 gallons. Bottle caps and priming sugar not included
  • Liquid yeast alternative: Omega OYL-026

I brewed this beer last summer and it was amazingly tasty! Everyone loved it. So far this is one of my favorites. Gonna get this again next spring.

This beer was very easy to brew and even easier to drink. I started the fermentation around 67 for a week and a half and moved it to 75-80 degrees for the last 2 weeks. Very nice banana, lemon, clove, and slight pepper flavor.  Had decent head retention with high carbonation in a keg. Great price and great beer.
