This yeast gives a little more yeast character while still being reasonably clean. Attenuation for me was on the order of about 72% ADF. It drops clear. There is a bit of a delay when using it. Don't freak out if it isn't rolling by hour 12. You should see a very thin layer by hour 36. It drops clear with a little chilling. I'd use it again.
