How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges.  Opened, non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products carry a 30 day warranty from RiteBrew. After 30 days, warranty is per the manufacturer of the item.  Warranty covers shipping charges for replacement of identical products only.  If a refund is desired, return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@ritebrew.com.

Email cancellations must contain the following: Order number, first name, last name, and email address.

Warranty

Products carry a 30 day warranty from RiteBrew. After 30 days, warranty is per the manufacturer of the item. Ingredients cannot be replaced/refunded after brewing. If there is a problem with an ingredient (poor smelling hops, yeast that doesn't swell, wrong grain), do not brew, we will send replacements along with a pre-paid return label.

Refused / Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by RiteBrew.com, including return shipping charges. Liquid yeast will not be refunded.
