Simple wheat beer brew. Fermented full 5.5 gallons single vessel. Split after primary fermentation into two 2.5 gallons vessels... one on bed of triple berry 3lbs (blueberry, raspberry and strawberry) other on on 3lbs mango. First attempt at this and triple berry spot on and mango needed more punch. Could have doubled mango to get that sweet juicy flavor. Mixed both when serving and was a hit at the party. Great base to experiment with or by itself!
