This is more like a white wine yeast than a pub cider yeast. If you want to make an applewine, I would use this. If you like a very dry, fruity, and almost pinot style cider, then this would also work. Me, I prefer a hard drinking pub style cider yeast. So I'll stick to the S-04 for ciders. The M02 didn't do it for me.
